We want to make your Glass Axis experience special. To ensure everything is ready for your time with Glass Axis, we schedule instructors well in advance and equipment takes prep of up to one hour prior to the class. Cancellations or rescheduling within one week of the class will be subject to a $25 administrative fee.
All cancellations or rescheduling between 12 and 48 hours of the class start time will receive a 50% refund or reschedule fee.
No refunds for cancellations or rescheduling within 12 hours of the class start time.
SERIES CLASSES OR MULTI-DAY WORKSHOPS
All cancellations within one week of the class start date will receive a 50% refund. Any classes with visiting instructors require two weeks notice for any refund.
Missed classes may be made up as private lessons at an additional expense to you. Rescheduling class times may be coordinated with the instructor and other class members. Because these are progressive classes, you must complete any missed hours before enrolling in the next level of the series or before studio access is granted.
TEAM, PRIVATE, GROUP, OR SPECIAL EVENTS.
These events require a 50% deposit at the time of scheduling to secure a reservation. Final head-counts and remaining balance are due one week prior to the event. Note: Glass Axis’s business days are Tuesday-Saturday (we are closed on Sundays and Mondays), and we are closed in observation of the following holidays: Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving; Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (open for abbreviated hours) and New Year’s Day.
No refunds after final head-count. Additions may be possible on a case-by-case basis.
In case of Level 2 or Level 3 Snow Emergencies in Franklin County, Glass Axis offices will be closed and ALL CLASSES CANCELLED and rescheduled.
